Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders.
- Coordinate with various teams to fulfill customer order requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical advice and assistance.
- Proactively seek out new customers and growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sourcing new business clients.
- Understand the ideal customer profile and how they relate to our products.
- Work independently with strong initiative, while also being a team player.
- Meet monthly sales targets, which may be adjusted by the Company as needed.
- Collate and submit sales reports and analysis regularly.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales role, with relevant experience in the Marine Industry being an added advantage.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license and own a car (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
- GCE A Level, Diploma, or higher in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the marine industry.
- Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office.
- Knowledge of the SAP system is preferred.
- Able to start work immediately.
