About the Role
We are offering an energetic and experienced Office Manager to outsource to our potential corporate operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with banks, government agencies, corporate secretaries, auditors, stakeholders
- Monitoring KPI performance trackers and identify deviations from norms to the directors for review and follow up on directors’ directives.
- Collaborate with other departments to advance the organization's strategic objectives and growth.
- Set up project teams to initiate, review and implement corporate initiatives sponsored and monitored by the Director.
- Work closely with the CEO to monitor and evaluate the progress of various business projects and initiatives, reviews and enhance financial and accounting policies, ensuring alignment with company policies and governance standards.
- Align corporate activities with financial strategies and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any quantitative fields preferred in reputable universities with at least 2 years managerial experience.
- Excellent in communication and strong presentation skills with team members as well as customers and external parties.
- Able to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
- IT savy with prior experience with Google workspace, Ms team and GenAi will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
