This person will be reporting to the Expat GM for Admin and will assist him in the following :
Administrative Duties:
- Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.
- Ensure accuracy in the administration of monthly invoices, purchase orders and process accordingly·
- Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
- Participate in company events and provide full support on festive occasion
- Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.
- Handle travel arrangements and hotel reservations
Reception Desk Task:
- Cover reception duties as and when required
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders on incoming calls, parcel or queries.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder with 5 years of experience in general administration, planning and administering executive services
- Experience working with Chinese expat colleagues
- Well versed in excel/ Pivot table and v look up
- Able to use ERP system preferred
