- Report directly to the Management
- Manage the service crew with the leadership values set by the Company
- Cultivate the right culture and team spirit within the Outlet and Company
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to ensure smooth operation of the Outlet for both dine-in and delivery
- Ensure training is done for all new staff (part time or full time) on all aspects of the front of house operations as per the Company's service standards
- Provide insights into the business and identify any opportunities for improvement, whether in operations, service or sales, and share with Management
- Identify and rectify any operational faults that occur at the Outlet, implementing improvements (with approval from Management) when necessary
- Engage customers and manage feedback, including providing the relevant service recovery, regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages as well as level of service
- Ensure the Outlet always has sufficient manpower to operate smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and disinfecting designated and common areas as well as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on service equipment are carried out by the team
- Ensure all systems are updated including point-of-sales, own and partner delivery platforms, Spotify
- Ensure the outlet is always stocked with the necessities including packaging, collaterals and materials
- Update outlet sales performance report as required by Management daily
- Participate in weekly reporting sessions with Management on all operational matters
- Manage P&L of Outlet(s) to ensure cash flow and profitability
- Multi-outlet management experience
- Need to be able to travel around our different stores
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in management role
- Well groomed and able to work under pressure
