Working hour:
5days per week across mon-sun, 8hrs per day(1 hour lunch break), 40hrs per week
Shift:
1) 10:30-19:30
2) 12:00-21:00
3) 12:30-21:30)
Job Description:
➤Reviews weekly/monthly results, attends team meetings and discusses next action with management
➤Achieve sales target
➤Responsible for day-to-day operations
➤Performs necessary tasks for daily shop opening and closing
➤Perform cashier duty including sales closing, cash count and POS registration.
➤Ensures cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping duties.
➤Maintains beauty of display and optimizes it according to tourists flows and stock situation
➤Handles after sales support include products care & repair service matter for our products
➤Handles and respond to customer inquiries/feedback.
➤Understand Company’s stories and philosophy thoroughly and promote our products according to customer's demand
➤Ensures high level of customer's satisfaction through excellent service
➤General stock taking and replenish stock immediately after goods are sold from display
➤Crosschecks monthly stock accurately
➤Supports other staff and contribute good team work
➤Plan, organize and assist in overall periodical-held events
➤Review action and result and lead to improvement
➤Supports new shops opening
➤Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
