- Providing a warm and friendly greeting to customers, taking their orders, and serving food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
- Providing genuine recommendations to guests based on your knowledge of our food and beverage.
- Efficiently entering orders into a point-of-sale system and accepting payments using a credit card reader or cash register. You will be responsible for calculating change accurately and swiftly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare various food items. You will follow cooking instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain sanitary standards.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includes clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
- Maintaining effective communication with team members and management.
- Handling guests' concerns and complaints in a professional and composed manner, resolving problems in accordance with outlet policies.
- Upholding a neat and presentable appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the designated corporate dress code.
- Assisting fellow servers as needed during various situations.
- Expressing gratitude to each guest for their visit and inviting them to return.
