Description of Key Job Duties:
- Power System Simulation: Leverage power system design, planning, and power electronics simulation analysis skills to enhance system efficiency and stability.
- Market Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of at least one overseas power market, including its characteristics and operational rules, and align this knowledge with our product offerings to provide optimization recommendations and support market expansion.
- Energy Digital Transformation: Analyze the requirements related to new energy simulation and digital transformation in line with our product functionalities and performance, thereby supporting product development and enhancing market competitiveness.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and explore cutting-edge technologies in power system simulation, and organize or participate in critical research projects to continuously advance the company's technological capabilities.
Skills Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of fundamental power system principles and basic knowledge of energy storage systems; prior experience in analyzing overseas power markets is preferred.
- Innovative and Analytical Skills: Strong innovation capability and technical insight with the ability to swiftly identify industry trends.
- Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of organizing and participating in cross-functional technical discussions and project research.
- Simulation Proficiency: Proficient in simulation analysis with hands-on experience using relevant simulation tools such as Matlab, PSCAD, ETAP, DigSilent, RT-lab, etc.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python or C.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, facilitating effective communication with domestic and international stakeholders.
