Job Description
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for luxury showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a pristine showroom environment and providing support for various showroom activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and attend to showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests.
· Ensure the showroom is always maintained to the highest standards, following established checklists.
· Generate showroom reports and maintain an accurate prospect database.
· Manage the sales of merchandise, monitor stock levels, and replenish inventory as needed.
· Provide support for marketing activities and events.
· Assist with café duties when required.
Requirements
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level education with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language being an advantage.
· Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
· A pleasant personality and a genuine interest in engaging with people.
