The main goal of the role is to help our Partner Bank’s Private Banking operations onshore and offshore to attract new clients and provide excellent services to their existing client base through our Strategic Alliances offering in Asia. As a privileged Partner, we aim to build, and maintain very close relationships with our existing Strategic Alliance Partner in Thailand.
YOUR ROLE
- Achieve financial Net New Assets and Revenues and non-financial goals.
- Build and maintain close relationships with our Partner Bank in Thailand, supporting knowledge transfer activities (e.g. trainings, investment research, etc.).
- Promote our platform and booking centre in Singapore and our Investment offering (including Discretionary Portfolio Management and Advisory expertise) to our Partner Bank, for their clients interested in diversifying offshore wealth.
- Provide quality account processing and servicing along with knowledgeable product services to clients.
- Always attend to client instructions in an efficient and a professional manner.
- Possess knowledge in preparing account opening documents and maintain rigid control on account documentation and compliance standard.
- Comply with the Bank’s directives and policies with particular emphasis on due diligence, anti-money laundering and procedures in order to protect the Bank’s interest.
- Ensure timely follow up on pending documents.
- Maintain client data and reports.
- Responsible for proper system and file maintenance.
YOUR PROFILE
- More than 5 years of experience as a Banker covering the Thailand Market within a Private Banking environment.
- Strong Private Banking expertise reinforced by an experience with Institutional clients (EAM, Asset Management, etc.).
- Excellent academic background with at least a Master Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Strong acquisition skills.
- Team-oriented, interdisciplinary working methods.
- Fluent English and Thai as this role will need to communicate in Thai with our Thai Partner Bank and their clients.
