Summary
A Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations, often focusing on the administrative and strategic elements of warehouse management.
Responsibilities
· Inspecting and receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for any damages or discrepancies.
· Preparing and issuing materials or products to various departments or customer as requested, ensuring that items are correctly key in of inventory.
· Liaise with Logistic company to coordinate domestic and international shipments.
· Monitoring and managing inventory levels, conduct regular inventory check, stock cycle count, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and coordinating with relevant department for replenishment as needed
· Ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards, including conducting regular safety audits.
· Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of warehouse activities
Requirement
- At least 2 years of warehousing experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
