- Greets and receives customers in a welcome manner.
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers ,suggestive selling and sharing products knowledge.
- Execute sales processes,handle customers queries and provides quotation & negotitation..
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction .
- Processes payments by totalling purchases ,processing checks ,cash and store or other credit & debit cards.
- Assists with inventory ,including receiving & stocking merchandise.
- Attend enquiry & evaluation of repair work requirements and resolve problems with customer after repair service.
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Other duties as assignes.

Requirements:
- Able to speak mandarin and English .
- Able to work in retail hour / weekend / public holiday.
- At least 1 years mobile shop / IT gadget retail sales experiences.
- Pleasant disposition ,pro-active ,outgoing &prositive mindset .
- Work location : PLaza Singapura / Clementi mall / Hillon Mall / Woodleigh Mall.
Work Hours & Benefits: Daily working hours 10am to 9pm /11 am to 10 pm , 4 days off per month .
