Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with all project participants on proper progress updates to ensure a timely delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, monitor and provide timely project progress reports.
- Ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
- Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and document observations.
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
- Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiating corrective action.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in system furniture/project coordinator or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and AutoCAD knowledge and user experience.
