Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination activities with external System Wide Contractors and execute LTA and SMRT projects.
- Attend interface and coordination meetings with LTA, SMRT, and various System Wide Contractors.
- Oversee project-related site installation schedules and manage site subcontractors.
- Monitor and supervise all site activities and work progress.
- Prepare documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Project Schedules, and Work Procedures.
- Arrange weekly meetings with the internal Project Manager to discuss work schedules and plan resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Computer Engineering from a recognised local polytechnics.
- Relevant experience in site coordination for LTA/SMRT projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership and proactivity.
- A team player who is confident in leading, supervising, and supporting various Project Managers with site activities.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines.
- Proficient in communicating with LTA, SMRT, and various System Wide Contractors.
