We are an established F&B restaurant, and as we expand our outlets, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant with F&B experience to manage the financial operations of our new locations.
As our finance team stabilizes, you will gradually take on the responsibility of overseeing the entire accounting function. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks and serve as a key communication link between management and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly closing process for new outlets and review financial statements.
Prepare and submit GST returns, corporate taxes, and annual income taxes.
Conduct monthly inter-outlet balance reconciliations and prepare bank reconciliation reports.
Assist with external audits and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Process payroll for all restaurant staff and ensure timely payment of salaries and provident funds.
Handle finance-related secretarial work and administrative duties.
Act as a communication bridge between management and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of GST regulations, corporate tax laws, and audit processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to take on additional administrative duties and adapt to a dynamic environment.
