Job Description – Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Support in project account finalization.
- Other quantity surveying duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, and able to meet tight schedule
