Responsibilities
- Plan, research and develop training curriculum, assessments and materials for WSQ courses for Employability Skills, Business Management, Service Excellence WSQ Frameworks and more.
- Liaise with SSG auditors to gain approval.
- Design and develop blended learning curriculums.
Requirements
- Must have a WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) with experience in curriculum development
- Experience in adult education instructional design and apply adult learning theories in the creation of blended learning solutions
- Good knowledge in WSQ frameworks, with experience in WSQ Courseware development and accreditation
- Familiar with various delivery models.
- Strong adaptability and resourceful individual with a keen desire to innovate
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Demonstrate strong instructional writing skills
