Job Responsibilities:
· Handle quotations and other requests related to motor insurance, including those from clients and partners.
· Coordinate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
· Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and inquiries.
· Prepare documents associated with transacted business.
· Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
· Participate in projects aimed at improving the quotation process through digitalization.
· Drive business growth and retention to ensure continuity.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
