Responsibilities:
- Liase with clients, contractors for feedbacks regarding project
- Prepare letters and notices to inform community and residents regarding development of project
- Handle public complaints and feedback
- Explain to clients regarding construction activitiesStudy and identify potential stakeholders and their issues;
- Implement public relationship programme;
- Arrange meetings or appointments with stakeholders
- Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary;
- To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Assist other general administrative support to the project teams
