- Create and implement social media and CRM strategies.
- Develop and localize content for digital platforms.
- Explore and leverage social media trends for better campaign results.
- Oversee influencer marketing and build meaningful partnerships.
3. PR/KOL/Community Management
- Work with KOL/Communications Manager to select local KOLs and manage PR plans.
- Develop and execute KOL/PR strategies and content.
- Manage KOL relationships and community activations.
4. Marketing Operations
- Align marketing efforts with global brand goals and local market trends.
- Analyze market challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Education on program alignment.
- Manage visual merchandising and marketing campaign ROI.
- Report and analyze marketing activities.
5. Budget Management
- Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- Monitor and report on budget expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget risks.
6. Competition Management
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and new product launches.
- Maintain records of competitive advertising.
- Analyze competitive positioning.
7. Agency Management
- Define agency roles in marketing strategy.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, including production and budget.
8. Consumer Focus
- Serve as the point of contact for Consumer Care.
- Ensure consumer needs drive product and channel innovation.
- Communicate consumer-related issues to relevant departments.
9. CRM
- Collaborate with Corporate CRM on local campaign priorities.
- Develop and manage CRM campaign calendars.
- Ensure technical and analytical support for campaign execution.
10. People Coaching
- Support team development through training and feedback.
- Provide assistance as needed.
11. Managerial Projects
- Assist in preparing the strategic marketing calendar.
- Manage regional and affiliate marketing projects and stakeholders.
- Handle crisis management with KOL/Communications.
