Responsibilities:
- Manage Subcontract repairs directly with Suppliers/Subcontractors
- Communicate and answering to Suppliers/Subcontractors’ queries and quotations
- Work with Back office / Exchange / Retrofit Operations team on all Subcontract matters
- Communicate with CSR / Internal Customers for all Subcon repair related matters
- Prepare Monthly Subcontract repair performance KPI
- Analyze under-perform Suppliers/Subcontractors and carryout the root-cause analysis on monthly basis
- Conduct weekly repair status review via audio conference for critical Suppliers/Subcontractors
- Review aging or overdue Subcontract repairs
- Manage the AVL and setting up process for new Suppliers/Subcontractors
- Manage AOG or Critical Subcontract repairs
- Understand and to apply the Export Control requirements
- Maintain and update Suppliers/Subcontractors profile and commitment
- Perform timely updates in SAP on any progress, status or amendment for the Subcontract repairs
- Communicate with internal and external parties through SAP e-flow for Subcontract repairs
- Create and manage SAP Task list for subcontracting activities
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain management or related field
- Relevant working experience with knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Self-driven, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Positive attitude and able to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
