- Manage and monitor the overall project site.
- Planning, monitoring progress, reporting all project activities and resources with top management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, cost monitoring, method statement, risk assessment and other reports related to assigned projects.
- Organize weekly site coordination meeting with sub-cons, clients and consultant.
- Manage multiple job sites.
- Ensure site documentations are complying with ISO.
- Lead and supervise site engineer regarding any technical issue.
- Ensure site inspection form are in order and deliver to QS.
- Coordinate with QS regarding progress claim, VO and contract issue.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management.
