Key Responsibilities
- Lead & direct a team of Production Specialists to fulfill daily production output & yield targets.
- Monitor & track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time.
- Manpower management in balancing work load.
- Provide & present production performance daily report.
- Participate in continuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer’s requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist QA to perform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. Implement corrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints.
- Provide adequate training to Production Specialists to ensure their operational knowledge and skills are sufficient.
Job Specification
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
- Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
- Graduate with relevant industrial attachment will be considered
