Responsibilities:-
- Manage the full set of accounting functions
- Reconcile bank statements, perform timely data entry and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Handle Payroll processing and ensure prompt and accurate salary payments.
- Involve in recruitment processes including job postings, screening of candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with the accounting standard, tax laws and regulations, employment laws and regulations, and internal controls
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Accounting and HR experiences
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in MYOB
