- Coordinate and schedule daily walkaround of OCH managed spaces, maintains inspection documentations.
- Provide advisory to user during sighting of breach of rules and regulations.
- Carry out approved sanctions or enforcement actions.
- Performs any necessary follow-up with other departments and hall staffs.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance schedules are followed and that corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Site supervision to ensure compliance to safe work procedures by vendors
- Prepare advisories for residents on scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works.
- Prepares work requisitions, purchase orders, for maintenance and improvement works, and certify works are completed in a satisfactory manner.
