- For manage all telephone/email pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service enquiries
- To identify and follow up promptly with sales leads
- To deliver excellent level of customer service to maximize sales potential and ensure total customers satisfaction and retention
- To ensure that payments are collected on time according to the payment terms agreed prior to sales
- ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY
