Your new company
Our client is a globally listed company that provides foundational technology solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, and specialty industrial applications. With over 50 years of history, the company offers instruments, systems, and process control solutions to improve performance and productivity. They are now looking to expand their HSE division.
Your new role
Key Duties:
- Lead the execution of strategic HSEQ&S initiatives across local operations.
- Oversee adherence to national and corporate HSEQ&S protocols.
- Safeguard the operational integrity of essential services and infrastructure.
- Ensure the processing of Hazardous Substances, Explosive Precursor, Petroleum & Flammable Materials comply with relevant authorities
What you'll need to succeed
- Academic background in a scientific or engineering field pertinent to the role.
- A solid track record, with at least eight years in a comparable position overseeing HSEQ&S responsibilities.
- In-depth familiarity with Singapore's HSEQ&S regulatory landscape, including expertise in compliance, ISO norms, and risk management.
- Preference for candidates with a history of working in global corporate environments.
- Exceptional engagement abilities with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative, purpose, and a client-focused approach.
- Effective communicator, resilient under pressure.
- Acute analytical prowess, adept at navigating complex challenges.
