Job Scope:
- Perform physical visitor access request into Data Centre.
- Perform physical equipment movement request in or out of Data Centre. Manage access requests and inventory movements with all necessary approvals & checking that it matches with request. Health monitoring of systems via Network Operations Centre dashboards using monitoring tools. Escalate issue to relevant parties based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & escalation matrix. Perform data backups and ensure it is run on timely basis and manage failed jobs.
- Proper handover of information or task to be passed down to next team during shift handover to ensure smooth transition of outstanding issues or tasks.
- Reports generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Monitor patching activities.
- Daily checking of logs to prepare for audit: visitor log, keypress log, staging, storage, DC item log and inventory movements.
- Weekly checking of logs to prepare for audit: CCTV and degauss logs.
- Perform any other task assigned that is related to job requirements.
Requirements:
- Displays willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he / she does.
- Able to articulate effectively and works well within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
