They are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretariat.
Job Description
- This role reports to the General Counsel.
- Investment activities: Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
- Operational matters: Compliance, regulatory adherence, project execution, procurement, financing, and contractual agreements with vendors and clients.
- External counsel management: Overseeing external legal teams on various legal issues.
- Additional responsibilities: Handling other legal tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong academic background in law.
- Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in project financing and construction.
- At least 12 years of legal practice in both law firms and in-house environments.
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- A strong problem-solving orientation and a commitment to ethical conduct.
