As a Production Manager at TCT, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing production processes. Your role will encompass workforce management, supply chain coordination, account oversight, and project management, ensuring seamless operations and the successful execution of production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the events industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Prepare and issue quotations based on client requirements and project drawings.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Oversee supplier management, including quality control and ensuring that standards and expectations are met.
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure effective communication with clients regarding project-related financials.
Requirements:
- Education not mandatory but at least 3 years relevant experience in similar industry or fields is preferred.
- Possess relevant skills to draft quotations in accordance to technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of event management, exhibition design, or production processes.
- Preferably bilingual to speak with local and china clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
