ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that the work is being carried out in full conformance of the company safety & quality management systems and comply to Inhouse rules & regulations.
• Co-ordination and supervision of Construction, M&E works, Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Prepare and revise Engineering documents, drawings, Risk assessment, Method statement, Safe work procedures, O&M Manuals for all necessary works.
• Provide technical support and assist manager in project Planning and coordination of site activities.
• Coordinate with the client for closure and final acceptance.
• Coordinate with consultant, clients, and subcontractors to resolve the construction issues.
• Monitoring the progress, approving the submittal & drawings, and resolving the construction & technical issues.
• Attending the progress, coordination & commissioning requirement meetings ensure to meet the progress of Electrical & Instruments works on schedule in compliance with the project requirement.
• Review & submit the project handing over documents to get the final completion certificate.
• Co-ordinate and superise construction teams and subcontractors on the safety matters and follow the WSH & Ministry's rules and regulations to comply in all safety manners.
• Ensure for the safe working method at all the time and zero accidents have to be maintained throughout the work till the completion of the project.
• Co-ordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for Installation, Testing & commissioning to the Required project specification and Quality Standard.
• Ensure to get the settlement of the final invoice as per the contract.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to Master Schedule and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.
• Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work and design check for approval.
• Other duties assigned by the Project Manager/ Director.
Job Requirements:
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivelant.
Experience: Prior to 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Minimally have completed 1 project.
Possess good interpersonal analytical and communication skills.
BCSS certification and Advance Safety Coordinator Courses completions are preferable advantages.
