About the role:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physicians to join our clinic in Singapore. We offer opportunities for both junior doctors eager to learn and experienced practitioners who can bring their expertise and clientele to our practice. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional TCM treatments and promoting holistic health and wellness as part of our fertility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional TCM treatments to patients based on comprehensive assessments of their health and wellness.
- Ensure the correct type and quantity of TCM herbal medicine are dispensed to patients.
- Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and Acupuncture agreements.
- Assist in health talks and educational programs to promote TCM knowledge and practices.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on individual health needs and fertility goals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for patients.
- Stay current with the latest TCM research and advancements to ensure evidence-based practice.
- Mentor and support junior TCM doctors and trainees, providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
- Full registration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- With at least 3 years of experience in TCM practice and acupuncture Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong integrity.
- Committed, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile to treat and delight patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication).
- Provision of acupuncture services in accordance with clinical evidence and best practices.
- Good customer service skills.
