KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Define and implement Value to Market Marketing Strategy aligned with specific account or regional commercial strategy
- Identify customer opportunities. Drive white space analysis and build actionable insights
- Build inspirational and impactful client presentations, organize workshops and inspirational events translating into customer brand implications and/or business opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities by building differentiating value propositions for an IFF product offering targeting a specific customer, brand or region
- Develop and coach talent, carry out performance management, talent review and workforce planning to ensure a high-performance culture
- Establish a regular connection with the Global Category Marketing, share knowledge, insights and best practices. Drive efficiencies and improve ways of working
- Build cross category connections and share insights and best practices and trickle-down value propositions from one category to another
- Allocate resource and set priorities
- Improve operational efficiency and quality
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree or equivalent ; Preferably Master Degree in Marketing
- Solid experience (13+ years), preferably in the Fragrance Industry or in related industries on the supplier or customer side
- Proven ability to lead by influence and motivate multicultural and cross functional teams
- Ability to translate stakeholders’ requirements into effective strategies and actions
- Thrive and foster cross-functional and cross-division collaboration with relevant stakeholders
