As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for goods and services with both local and international clients, contractors, and suppliers, particularly for commercial and defense projects. You will also provide legal advice and support across various business operations, including reviewing corporate and commercial agreements and overseeing contract documentation and management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Draft, review and negotiate goods and services contracts with local and international customers, contractors and suppliers for projects relating to commercial and defence industry
- Review, draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, consortium agreements, tender contractual documents, corporate guarantees
- Provide legal advice and support to business operations and support functions
- Provide contract documentation and management
- Creating and maintaining an online document and correspondence database.
- Support with preparation of slides, scheduling of training sessions and compiling feedback.
- Administrative support for legal department including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, assisting with. claims, filing documents and general day-to-day support.
- General ad hoc tasks as and when required by the department.
Qualities We Value
