We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical web applications, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-facing applications utilizing React JS and Redux Toolkit for state management.
- Architect and implement robust backend applications, ensuring exceptional security and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS services for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with design and product teams to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and proactively identify solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with React JS and Redux Toolkit.
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies and a solid foundation in AWS services.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough and insightful peer code reviews.
- Security-focused mindset with the ability to implement best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is a plus.
