Responsibilities:
- Supervise Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with the Process Engineer on activities and projects aimed at enhancing operational and cost efficiency during shifts.
- Address and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee plant equipment to maintain its integrity and reliability.
- Assist the Process Engineer in maintaining optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
- Develop and train team members to ensure skill advancement and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in petroleum, chemical, or polymer industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with plant equipment and instrumentation.
- Excellent analytical and technical report writing skills, strong leadership qualities, initiative, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
