Essential Responsibilities
- Planning of financial buy budgets and product assortment per season based on detailed analysis of projected sales targets and sell through data
- Working together with the retail team during the buy season to select a holistic assortment suitable for each store
- Developing the pricing structure for all brands
- Communicating and coordinating with suppliers on all product related matters such as order/delivery and product changes
- Monitoring and analysing current sales performance and sell through levels to allocate and replenish stocks to maximise sales potential
- Ensuring products are shipped in a timely manner
- Review and determine the markdown of stocks to go on markdown to maintain inventory stock levels
Requirements
- At least 3 years of extensive experience in merchandising
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbal
- Professional presentation skills
- Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress
