Job Scope:
- Attend to general enquiries from tenants
- Update and maintain tenancy schedules and other lease related documents
- Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO rental billing
- Track and send out regular reminders to tenants for rental arrears, utility bills, submission of audited sales and other documents.
- Track status of tenants required submissions, keeping good record of documents.
- Assist in contracts management and lease documentation
- Preparation of licence contracts and monitor licence expiries for vending machines, telco equipment and other licences.
- Handling leasing enquiries from leasing email account
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks that may be assigned as when needed
Working Arrangement:
Salary: $3000-$3700/Month
Location: West (Tua/Lim Chu Kang Area)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Role Requirements:
- Experience in handling lease administration and/or with finance background.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, ability to ensure tasks are followed through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Words
