Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effective and timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of contract with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement contracts, orders, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure the compliance of the procurement process, following the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain management or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant working experience will be advantageous.
- Proficient in SAP or ERP system.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
