Job Description
- Assist General Manager in managing the department and responsible for the assigned team(s) of the department.
- Responsible for the performance of the assigned team(s) of the department, expand corporate credit and liability business, actively cross-sell and contribute to the business indicators.
- Participate in department’s projects and related work of committees of the branch.
- Ensure reporting and communications to Head Office, management, between departments and external parties are effective and smooth.
- Take the lead in training and motivating the team(s), understand the professional needs of employees and report employee dynamics in a timely manner.
- Supervise the team(s) in charge to comply with the bank's risk control, anti-money laundering compliance, etc. in a timely manner in order to ensure asset quality safety
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in corporate banking management role in banking industry.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office and locally.
