The Job
- In charge of all Leasing sales for the company
- Work along with the team to build and maintain a strong and competent Leasing Sales Team
- Administer the Leasing Agreement; Buy & Sell the commercial vehicles
- Ensure the company continue to acquire new sales, achieving monthly and yearly sales target
- Strategize and find new channels for sales development to increase revenue and profitability
- Explore strategies to build long term relationship with potential and existing customers
- Ensure high standard for customer service and deal with service recovery whenever necessary
- Ensure that all post-sales related issues, including of any recall by vehicle manufacturer are well handled
- Review, propose and implement new/enhanced procedures to level up our capability and capacity
- Provide regular leasing sales planning and report updateCustomer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
- Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
- Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
- Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
- Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
- Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements.
- Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
- A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
- Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
- Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
- Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)
