Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea. alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Operate and maintain relevant equipment, such as coffee brewing tools, blenders, shakers, and taps.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Keep the bar clean
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Informing the supervisor / manager on customer feedback and / or suggestions
Requirements
- Min 6 months experience as a bartender
- Strong passion for Service
- Willingness to work on a rotating roster
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
