Job Description
A. Student Care
- Collaborate with the supervisor to support the daily operations of the centre, covering both administrative and teaching responsibilities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer care experience for both new and existing clients by handling enquiries, processing payments, and maintaining strong relationships with current clientele.
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for all students.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports for assigned students at the end of each term.
B. Holistic Enrichment
- Prepare materials and conduct enrichment lessons for students on designated days.
- Work alongside the supervisor to plan and facilitate special events and excursions during school holidays.
C. Academic Teaching
- Deliver high-quality lessons for up to 3-4 assigned classes, following the provided in-house curriculum.
- Utilize teaching materials effectively to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
- Mark and grade student assignments, providing value-added feedback to support their learning progress.
Job Requirements
- Ability to teach one of the subjects from P1 to P6 (English, Mathematics, or Science).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Familiar with the latest MOE syllabus.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience in teaching group classes (4 to 12 students).
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing students' growth.
