Job description
Working as part of the Delta Capita (DC) Regional Leadership Team, and reporting into the Head of APAC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing upon strategic business plans and initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of APAC. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on oversight of day-to-day operations, regional budget and financials. The role requires someone skilled in revenue forecasting, assessing business performance against targets and project margin management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Oversight of day-to-day operations
- Vendor Management (IT, Office etc)
- Main point of contact for bank account related tasks/ workstreams
- Client onboarding
- Timesheet management
- Facilitate vendor and client invoicing investigations
- Attend client meetings jointly with the sales relationship manager to;
- Support delivery oversight on projects and to manage team performance
- Assist resourcing strategic decisions leveraging domain knowledge and client requirements
- Support interviews as required
Business Management
- Create and design reporting to provide data around key metrics and operational indicators
- Head office organisational structure planning and design in line with strategic business plans
- Identify, assess and address operational improvement opportunities and to drive operational excellence
- Organise and coordinate business entity related workstreams
- Manage and support key project initiatives
Job requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 10+ years business management and banking/ financial services experience
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context.
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative.
- Strong communicator and confident networker at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
