Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for a adaptable and motivated Payment Partnership Manager who is interested in the Fintech payments industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with payment partners and ensure that our payment solutions meet our customers’ needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential local/ global Payment Partners, Banks and/ or Payment Channels, to negotiate terms and successfully onboard channels based on business needs.
- Manage the business relationship with our Payment Service Providers and Banks.
- Strong ownership in managing payment partnerships, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including Operations, Product and Compliance teams, to successfully onboard, launch and integrate new payment providers, provide assistance to test and improve the process efficiency for the user's payment experience.
- Anticipate upcoming trends in the payments’ industry and proactively provide solutions to improve acceptance rates and/ or enhance payment experience for our users.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert of Mitrade’s payment infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years of proven success in a similar role in leading business development/sales/payment partnerships.
- Working experience in online payment industry, exposure to alternative payment methods (APMs)liaising payment solution providers within Cryptocurrency, Forex, Gaming is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of initiative and passion to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving responsibilities related to keeping pace with shifting market requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin).
