Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation, system design, and solutions for all sales and strategic account management projects in the Southeast Asia region.
- Support pre-sales activities, including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, system demonstrations, and more.
- Ensure accuracy in system configurations and quotations for the SEA region.
- Deliver technical training to the SEA sales and technical teams.
- Offer post-sales technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
- Provide T&C support for SEA projects.
- Ensure that all services meet company standards and policies, delivering prompt and efficient responses to service requests within the assigned region.
- Develop and deliver professional training materials for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in security, electronics, or small-scale electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is an advantage.
- Experience in technical presales is a plus.
