Job Description:
- Assist the vice general manager with administrative tasks such as dealing with OA process, managing sales documentation, preparing sales reports, and updating customer databases, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effective and timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Source new suppliers to expand the supplier base and ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management of raw materials.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
- Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, sales support preferably in the chemistry/flavor industry.
3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
9. Fresh graduate are welcome.
