Job Responsibilities:
• To develop and build the Asia-based rates and FX non-bank client base with sustainable revenue
• To help develop and build the Asia-based rates and FX liquidity desk
• To coordinate with the other geographical centres to maximize revenue generation
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the regional customer base
• Business development into the Asian macro market
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate sales services to our buy-side clients in Asia
• Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
• Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies
• Interact with other departments to ensure new clients are supported effectively and receive the right levels of service.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree holder with minimum 15+ years' work experience in the financial markets
• 15+ years of FX and Interest Rates trading experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English a must, any other language skills an advantage
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
