Job Descriptions:
- Perform daily tasks such as merging of patient’s records, assist with the management of deficiencies in the Epic system, support in relation to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and physical audits, management of reports and/or data analysis.
- Assist with handling EMR access requests and/or other related requests.
- Update relevant systems to track and monitor status of medical records.
- Attend to enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Actively participate as a member for quality improvement projects at Hospital-wide / Departmental level.
- Ensure patients’ data confidentiality at all times.
- Assist Executive in any adhoc task required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or any similar field.
- Experience in records library duties and customer services relevant experience preferred.
- Meticulous, responsible and possess strong communication skills.
