Responsibilities
- 100% hunter for airfreight, seafreight and logistics
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Prospect and establish new business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify customer needs and analyses industry and market trends to build a sales pipeline for achieving sales targets and strategic business goals
- Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with stakeholders (customers, ocean/air carriers, business partners, and agents)
- Manage sales and service response process, including detailed quotation, RFQ requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and service recovery (complaints/compliments)
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, complaints/problems, service discrepancies, etc
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Five years of experience in International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.
- Proven Sales records
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills (using presentation software and tools)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service in business-to-business sales and negotiation
