Job Scope
- Attend to walk-in patients and answering of phone calls
- Support frontline counter duties
- Assist in the registration of patients and scheduling of appointments
- Assist in dispensing medicine
- Cashier duties
- Assist medical professionals in clinic daily operations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Data Entry
Job Requirements
- GCE N/O level & above
- Able to communicate effectively
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Able to work 2 nights preferred
- Comfortable travelling to clinics within allocated region
- Training will be provided
Other Information
- Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
- Rotating shifts. Half day's work during weekend/public holidays
- Location: East (Aljunied)
